Report a content concern
Make the affected result and the reason for concern easy to identify.
Identify the record
Provide the entry identifier, publication version and where you encountered the result. Include the relevant source citation if available.
Describe the issue precisely
Explain which field, source relationship or review outcome needs attention. Separate the observed issue from a proposed correction.
Send a safe report
Email support@medicallibrarytech.com with the subject Content correction. Use public or synthetic evidence. Do not include patient details or licensed source files unless an appropriate sharing process is agreed.
Before relying on the result
A submitted correction is not a confirmed resolution or clinical endorsement. Follow your organization’s review process and ask for the corrected version when applicable.
