Review the controls and evidence that apply to the actual environment you will use.
Access and responsibilities
Confirm who can read, edit, approve and publish. Ask how credentials are provisioned, expired and revoked, and who handles account recovery.
Evidence before assurances
Request current information about deployment controls, access logging, backups, incident handling and verification. This website does not claim a security certification, compliance status or uptime guarantee.
Safe handling
Do not put secrets in browser code, shared documents or support messages. Use synthetic examples and redact screenshots before requesting help.
Report a concern
Email security@medicallibrarytech.com with a concise description, affected public URL and approximate time. Do not include credentials, patient data or exploit details involving another user’s records. Request an appropriate channel for sensitive evidence.
