The contact form
The evaluation form prepares an email in your email app. It does not submit or save its fields to this website. If you send the message, your name, email, organization and supplied details become part of that email conversation.
Public browsing
These static pages do not set advertising cookies, load third-party analytics or store form values in browser storage. The hosting infrastructure may process technical request information; this page does not claim that server logging is disabled.
Share the minimum
Use business contact details and a high-level use case. Do not include patient information, PHI, credentials or confidential source records in an initial message.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@medicallibrarytech.com to ask about information you provided or request correction or removal. Identify the relevant conversation without sending identity documents unless a secure process is agreed.
Before service access
Request the applicable service privacy notice, processing arrangements and retention terms before onboarding. This public-site information does not define the data handling of every evaluation environment.
