Processing and supplier information
Request the information relevant to the service environment and data you intend to use.
What to request
Ask for the applicable supplier and subprocessor list, processing locations, purpose of processing, data categories and any transfer arrangements before onboarding.
Model and automation providers
If your proposed workflow uses an external model or automation provider, clarify what is sent, what is retained and which agreement governs that processing.
