Connect the source to the decision
A useful governance conversation starts with the origin, permitted use and lifecycle of the information.
Source provenance and rights
Identify where each source came from and what permission applies to the proposed use. A source citation or review decision does not itself grant redistribution rights.
Review and publication
Define who is accountable for review, what evidence is required and what makes an output eligible for publication. Keep publication and clinical validation as separate questions.
Information boundaries
The public evaluation journey is for business contact details and synthetic examples. Do not send patient information, PHI or confidential source documents with an initial inquiry.
Retention, export and deletion
Before onboarding, agree which records are stored, where processing occurs, who can access them and how export, retention and deletion work for your evaluation.
Corrections
Preserve the affected record identifier and version when reporting a content concern. Explain the issue using public or synthetic evidence and contact support@medicallibrarytech.com.
