The public fixture demonstrates a workflow relationship using entirely fictional records.
What it contains
Three invented reference records show approved, needs-revision and pending review states. Each has fictional provenance and a separate publication status.
What it does not represent
The fixture is not a licensed corpus, a real citation set, a production API schema or clinical evidence. It contains no patient records, treatment recommendations or measured product performance.
Use it to frame an evaluation
Inspect the fields, test the local retrieval example and decide what your team needs to know about an entry. Discuss actual coverage, rights and interfaces before working with real material.
