Access and credentials
Start with an approved evaluation environment and a clear permission boundary.
Request access
Email hello@medicallibrarytech.com with your organization, intended use and the workflow you want to evaluate. Access is handled individually; submitting an inquiry does not provision an account.
Confirm the authentication flow
Obtain the environment-specific sign-in, token or key instructions. Do not assume that a portal key is interchangeable with an API bearer token. Confirm allowed operations and expiration before integrating.
Keep credentials out of client code
Store secrets on the server or in the approved secret store. Never place them in a public repository, browser bundle, screenshot or support email.
Lost access or possible exposure
Stop sharing the affected credential. Use the approved account controls if available and contact support@medicallibrarytech.com. For suspected unauthorized access, contact security@medicallibrarytech.com without including the key.
Keep moving
For an existing evaluation, email support@medicallibrarytech.com. Do not include credentials, patient information or confidential records.
